When you complete the application form we collect: first name, last name, email address, WhatsApp number, business name, website (optional), industry, and the goal you describe.

If your application is approved and you continue the process, we also process: your signature of the terms and conditions, and your payment method details. Full card details are NOT stored on our servers — they are handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe).

Automatically, we may log technical data such as IP address and campaign parameters (UTM) to prevent abuse and understand where applications come from.

To evaluate your application and decide whether you qualify for the trial.

To run the 15-day trial, send you onboarding steps, and communicate with you (email and WhatsApp).

To charge the agency fee ($300/month) only if you do not cancel before day 16.

To improve our service and prevent fraud or form abuse.

We share the minimum data necessary with providers that help us operate: Stripe (payment processing), Dropbox Sign (terms signing), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (data storage), and, if we manage your campaigns, Meta and Google (advertising).

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy and processes your data under its own terms. We do not sell your data to third parties.

The site may use cookies for traffic analytics and to remember your language preference. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working correctly.

We apply reasonable measures to protect your information. Access to data is restricted and payments are processed through a PCI-certified provider. No system is 100% foolproof, but we are committed to keeping your information safe.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. You can also unsubscribe from our marketing communications whenever you want.

We will not share your data without your consent, unless required by a competent authority through a court order.

We keep your data while your application or trial is active and for as long as needed to meet legal or accounting obligations. After that, you can request deletion.
